Video Clips of Joust Action, 1987-2003

        I apologize in advance for the poor quality of the included video excerpts. The footage in these clips was sampled from standard VHS videotapes, some of which were over a decade old and were originally shot with low-end analog cameras of the period. Also, in order to shrink the videos down for internet transmission, I used Windows .WMV format, which can result in severe loss of picture quality. In any case, if you choose to download and view these clips, I trust you'll get the general idea of what theatrical jousting looks like from an audience perspective.
